Precision Humidity Control for Space-Constrained Industrial Environments
Uncontrolled humidity leads to corrosion, product degradation, microbial growth, equipment instability, and regulatory risk. In many facilities, traditional cooling-based systems struggle to maintain stable moisture levels—especially in partial-load or low-temperature conditions.
Bry-Air MiniPAC® is a compact, self-contained desiccant dehumidification system engineered to deliver consistent humidity control where space, energy efficiency, and reliability matter.
What is MiniPAC®?
MiniPAC® is a compact desiccant-based dehumidifier available in airflow capacities from 100 to 2,700 CFM, designed for standalone operation or seamless integration with existing HVAC systems.
Unlike cooling-only solutions, MiniPAC® uses Bry-Air’s desiccant rotor technology to remove moisture independently of temperature, enabling precise humidity control across diverse operating conditions.
Why MiniPAC®?
Stable Humidity Control Without Over-Cooling
Maintains precise humidity levels without relying on excessive cooling and reheating, helping improve energy efficiency and overall system stability.
Compact Footprint for Retrofit Flexibility
Designed to fit in constrained mechanical spaces, ideal for upgrading existing buildings or adding dedicated humidity control to specific zones.
Lower Lifecycle Maintenance
Washable filters and durable desiccant rotor design reduce consumables and long-term maintenance burden.
Quiet & Continuous Operation
Engineered for reliable, continuous-duty performance in industrial and institutional environments.
Flexible System Integration
Can operate independently or enhance central air systems to achieve building-wide or room-specific humidity control.

The moisture is adsorbed in the dehumidification sector by the EcoDry rotor and is exhausted in the reactivation sector by a stream of hot air in a counter flow.
Following the reactivation process, the adsorption sector is again ready to adsorb the moisture. Thus, the two processes of “moisture adsorption” and “reactivation” are takes place with separate airflows continuously and simultaneously. Positive sealing between chambers prevents mixing of the process and reactivation air stream.
